Requesting a specific print

If there is a specific artwork you've seen on my Instagram that you would like as a print, please reach out on Instagram or by email. You can DM me, comment on the post itself, or email me at nic@nicmakesart.co.uk

Sales tax

The prices shown on the product pages do not include any sales tax that is charged by your country. 

Import fees

Please be aware that you may be charged additional fees on import, such as import VAT and customs duties. 

If you are an EU customer and you have paid VAT at checkout you are not also liable to pay import VAT. If, on receipt of the print, you are charged import VAT you can claim reimbursement of this cost directly from Fourthwall, providing evidence that you've been double charged and giving your order number. 

You may not be charged import VAT. Some countries have duty-free thresholds for low-value shipments, but this is not guaranteed.

You can use this calculator to get an estimation of import fees. The HS code for your item is 4911.91.00 and they are shipped from the UK. 

Returns/Refunds

If you have any issues with your order please reach out via the contact form. Replacements of the same item will be offered in the first instance. Because products are made to order, I do not offer refunds or returns for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. No exchanges for alternative products will be issued. 

Final note

It's just me behind my little business, and all prints are made to order, so it'll take me a little while longer to post it than if you order from a big corporation. Thank you for your support and patience!
